You couldn't have found a better couple of people.  They are wonderful.  We
were first time home buyers and were very unclear as to how this whole
process went but G-II showed us that is wasn't as complicated as we
thought.  We did alot of our business with them through the internet.  We
told him what we wanted and he would send us pictures and listings through
email and we would tell him what we would want to go see and that weekend
we went to go see them.  He suggested new construction and we thought it
would be out of our price range but it wasn't and were very happy with the
places he chose to show us.

We had alot of up and downs with the whole process and G-II calmed us down
every step of the way.  I couldn't get around to do most of the paper work
so G-II took care of all of it.  I didn't have to do anything.  I went to
work and G-II took care of everything.  I don't know if all real estate
agents are like them but I seem to believe that they are a rare breed.
 They don't have to do all these things for you but they do.  They make you
feel comfortable about buying a house.  I worried alot about the whole
process but G-II didn't he knew what he was doing and knew that everything
was going along in the right direction.

We had a couple problems toward the end like the gas wasn't turned on in
the house the day we closed and we had scheduled to have it done on that
day.  They said the electric wasn't on and that was suppose to be turned on
over a week ago.  So he called the electric company and the gas company and
had them both out there that day.  He is great.  He really watches out for
you.  And he know how to get things done.  Also we were to close several
weeks before we closed and he kept on top of the people to find out when
and why.  He did all of the dirty work for us.  Calling in complaints and
being the bad guy.

I can't say enough about them.  They were great.  I would recommend them to
anyone.
