Dear Bill and Linda,
Previously we wrote a letter expressing our appreciation GII and Lori did selling our townhome. GII and Lori also represented us in the purchase of our new home.
Since we utilized email and the web, we were able to save time and use the time we did spend very efficiently. We told GII and Lori what we were looking for. Lori would preview homes, take pictures and put them a web site they created especially for us. From those pictures and other information they included, we would decide which ones we wanted to see. As we continued looking, Lori knew what we wanted and the pictures were no longer necessary.
Once we found the home we wanted, GII and Lori put it into gear. The first decision was how much to offer. Lori gave us comparables in the area, along with other vitals to help us decide what we should offer. Our first offer was accepted. Must have been the right price! Most of the communication was via email, cutting down on traveling and appointments.
Everything went very smoothly, right down to the close. We know it did so for us because GII and Lori saw to it that everything was done in our interest. As an example, the Seller's realtor wanted us to initial some paperwork that wasn't necessary. GII informed him that we would initial but only with a Hold-Harmless Agreement.
We had a great experience with GII and Lori and will, not only ask them to represent us when we're ready to buy our next home, but have, and will continue to, recommend them to others.
Sincerely,
John and Sandy Colvis
