Ms. Linda Lightfoot
Managing Broker
Coldwell Banker

Dear Ms. Lightfoot,

I recently had the opportunity to work with "G-II" while we were house hunting in Phoenix. He did a great job and we enjoyed working with him.

My husband and I live in Tucson and found that using the Internet to communicate and prescreen houses was very helpful. It really saved us a lot of time to do a little house hunting on our own and select houses that we liked rather than seeing houses that really weren't what we wanted. I think it also saved us time when "G-II" took us around to visit the houses.

We have bought three houses previously while in the military and only wish that the Internet house hunting option had been available. I think it would have saved us and the Realtors hours traveling around in very hot weather.

I'm glad that Coldwell Banker has offered this service to their clients and we will certainly recommend it to our the 'turbo tourists' that we know who
will be moving to this area.

Thank you for your kind e-mail. G-II has embraced the new technology and his clients benefit as a result. We are trying to get all of our agents up to date with the use of the internet as a vehicle to make the home buying experience more enjoyable for everyone.
Sincerely,

Bill Jilbert
