G-II dropped us a note tonight and asked us to get in touch with you about
your search for a home in the Phoenix area.

You could not possibly find someone who will work harder for you.  It would
take a book to tell you all the things that went wrong with our deal, but
they stuck it out and kept working until we finally closed.  We've been in
our dream home for a little over a week now, and we love it.

They took us all over town (after dropping everything on one day notice that
we were coming) till we found the perfect house.  We ended up in a bidding
war with another buyer, and without their pricing suggestions, we wouldn't
have gotten the house.

They also put us in touch with a loan broker who worked just as hard (it
took a lot of work) for us as well.

G-II and Lori are consummate professionals.  We found them on the Internet
the same way you did.  We feel like they are the reason we have our house
today.
